For quite some time, I have felt a calling from God to be in full time ministry. I have served, volunteered, and even worked at the church part time. When the opportunity presented itself to join the staff in a full time capacity, it was a no brainer. I am extremely grateful and humbled to be part of this team.
Before working at the Refinery, I served in the United States Air Force for a little over 23 years, and spent some time in medical sales.
Now I'm honored to serve as the Discipleship Director, where I assist in facilitating spiritual growth and development. My experience leading, training, and developing large organizations are all skills I believe God can use in my role. I am most passionate about seeing people walk in the fullness of God and I am blessed when God sees fit to use me in helping others strive for their full potential.
After God, my family is the most important thing in my life. I am blessed to be married to my best friend, Ebonie, for 29 years. We have 3 kids: Brie, Romelo, and Alliyah. Brie (our oldest) and her husband Jordan, have 3 sons - Brayden, JJ, & Roman.
Beyond spending time with my family, in my free time I enjoy downhill snow skiing with my youngest daughter and lifting weights with my son. My wife and I love to travel and our favorite destination right now, is Italy, as that is where our oldest daughter and her family are located. I am originally from Washington State and I have been a Seahawks fan my entire life - GO HAWKS!!!!!
