Before joining The Refinery team, Ivan spent 13 years in banking operations, where he developed a knack for organization, strategy, and financial management.

Even while working in the corporate world, Ivan always felt God calling him into ministry. Today, he's passionate about stewardship, discipleship, and helping people learn how to manage their finances in a way that honors God. He loves equipping others with practical wisdom that impacts both their everyday lives and their faith.

Ivan is married to Peri, and together they're raising their two sons, Leo and Roy. Whether he's investing in people, teaching biblical stewardship, or building spreadsheets, Ivan is driven by a desire to help others grow in their walk with Jesus.
