I had the privilege of being on staff at The Refinery for an incredible 11 years. This church holds a special place in my heart; it's my home church, and I've cherished every moment of my time here.

In this next phase of ministry, as a consultant with Growmentum Group, I partner with leaders and organizations to help them achieve their missions. My primary drive is to empower people and churches to flourish, and the exciting part is that I get to do this with churches all across the country. 

Here's a fun fact about me that you might not know—I used to take banjo lessons when I was young. 

I married Kathy, my high school sweetheart. We have 3 adult kids (all married!) and 10 grandkids (8 boys and 2 girls).
