I’m Amy Withrow, and I’ve been married to Chris for 20 years. We have two kids, Luke (15, almost 16) and Olivia (13), plus two very spoiled weenie dogs. I grew up in Southern California, mostly in Yorba Linda and Huntington Beach, so Arizona has definitely been a change of scenery!

Our family started coming to The Refinery on Easter in 2018, and from the very beginning, this church has felt like home. I joined a Life Group our first week, and that group has played such a big part in shaping my walk with Jesus. The women of The Refinery have been amazing from the get-go, and I’m excited to be part of the Women’s Ministry Team and help continue creating that kind of community for other women.

I’m one of the newest members of the Women’s Ministry Team. Saying yes to being a part of the team was a huge step for me. I’m excited to be part of what God is doing and to see where He takes it! 

There’s always a next step: My heart and eyes are wide open to whatever God has for my next step. I’m constantly challenged to slow down, take a step back, and pray about where God is leading me—even when it takes me outside my comfort zone, which is often the case.

I’ve been to many of our retreats and conferences over the years, and each one has been so meaningful. But this year feels extra special because I get to bring my daughter, Olivia, along for the first time. I’m praying that Unshaken 2026 makes an impact on her heart, too, and I’m so excited that we get to experience it together.
